Are your watches authentic?
Every watch we sell is authentic and certified. You can check the model's reference number against the product code shown on each product page.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) excluding VAT; VAT is calculated separately in the order summary.
How can I pay?
You can complete your order by bank transfer (wire / EFT). Our bank account details are included in the order confirmation email.
Can I return a product?
Products purchased from Symbol Watches are covered by a 14-day return guarantee. For details, please see our Return and Exchange Policy.

Can I visit your boutique?
