Privacy Policy (KVKK)
Information on how your personal data is protected and processed.
At Symbolwatches.com, our infrastructure uses SET (Secure Electronic Transaction) and SSL (Secure Socket Layer), among the most advanced security technologies in the world, and all important data is protected with SSL 3.0 and 128-bit encryption. SET and SSL software ensure that the flow of information between customer, business and bank is encrypted using 256-bit technology, which is mathematically very unlikely and technically very difficult to break.
We attach great importance to protecting the personal data of our valued customers and visitors. We would therefore like to inform you about the personal data we collect through the website “www.symbolwatches.com” (the “Site”), established, designed and operated by the Company, and which we process in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).
Certain information is collected, stored, protected and/or retained by the Company through the forms you complete when sending messages to the Company via the Site (such as the contact form or order form), or when you simply visit the Site as a visitor. This data may or may not include personal information.
Set out below is how, and in what manner, the information obtained or to be obtained by the Company as a result of the operations described above will be collected, stored, protected and/or retained, together with your rights over this information. Please note that the Company protects your information within the scope of this text and the KVKK.
Your personal data shared with us or obtained through your use of the Site will, within the limits set out below, be processed for the duration of your membership, or for any period prescribed by law, or for the period announced or to be announced by the Company, and may be transferred to third-party business partners and/or consultants resident in Turkey or abroad for the purpose of providing the Site services. Your personal data may be processed by us on the basis of our legitimate interests (personal data collected through the Symbolwatches Contact Form and the use of the Site) and your explicit consent (data collected through cookies).

Some of the information you provide to the Company is provided necessarily (such as IP information), while some is information you choose to share with us or allow us to access. When you use the Site, we may obtain the following information, where you provide it to us, by the following methods:

Your personal data, such as your first name or last name, email address and message, submitted through the form in the “Contact” section of the Site, is collected and processed by the Company in order to respond to your request and to provide a better service by communicating with you more effectively.
When you use the Site, we may obtain the following information from you by entirely automated means, using the following methods:
Usage Data: Once you enter the Site as a visitor, usage and traffic data about you is collected. This may include which sections of the Site you visit, what you click on, when you perform these actions, which site referred you, and the search terms you used to access the Site. In addition, our web servers keep log files, which record data each time a device accesses them.

Device identifiers are small data files or similar data structures stored on or associated with your mobile device that uniquely identify your mobile device. A device identifier may be data stored in connection with the device hardware, operating system or other software, or data sent to the device by the Company. A device identifier may provide us or third parties with information about how you use the Company's service and may help us or others to provide reports, personalised content and advertisements. If the availability of device identifiers is impaired or blocked, some features of our services may not function properly.
Location Information: The Company may collect data regarding the location from which you access the Site.

The Company exercises the utmost care in storing your information and is obliged to take the necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure an appropriate level of security in order to prevent the unlawful processing of and access to personal data, and to ensure its safekeeping.
The Company grants limited access to information to employees and business partners, in particular third-party business partners, who need access to the relevant information within the scope of legal obligations or the operation of the Company's systems.
The Company has no obligation to verify the accuracy of data declared by visitors, customers or potential customers, nor does it accept any responsibility for untrue declarations.
Likewise, data provided to the Company by our visitors, customers or potential customers is processed in our systems only to the extent necessary for us, and even where processed, data that is not required under this policy is deleted, destroyed and/or anonymised from our systems within a short period.

Your collected personal data may be transferred to countries worldwide other than the country and jurisdiction in which the user is located, and to servers located in another country, for the purpose of storing this data or for the lawful purposes set out in this text, but only with your explicit consent.
Accordingly, in order to carry out the activities set out in this Privacy and Cookie Policy, the Company may subcontract the processing to another party or share your information with third parties located in countries other than the one in which you live. Your personal information may therefore be subject to privacy rules that differ from those of your country of residence. Nevertheless, the data will be processed only within the scope set out in this text.
Bearing its legal obligations in mind, the Company may share personal information with companies that provide services (such as data processing centres or customer service centres). These service providers are obliged to protect this information.
In order to fulfil its legal obligations (in cases where there is an obligation to provide information, such as combating crime or threats to state and public security), the Company may share your personal data with public institutions and organisations authorised to request personal data.
Third-Party Websites and Platforms
From time to time, the Company may include information and links relating to third-party websites on the Site.
